THE VISION.
The idea for FMC Football Academy was born in Monaco, where football is more than just a sport — it’s a lifestyle that inspires people of all ages. We dreamed of creating a place where young players could be coached with the same dedication and professionalism as top athletes, while also learning values that extend beyond the pitch.
THE INSPIRATION.
Inspired by Richard Dunne, the academy was established to bring professional training, discipline, and opportunity to players of all ages. A former Republic of Ireland international with over 20 years at the top level of the game, Richard’s career took him through the English Premier League, where he became renowned for his leadership, resilience, and love for football. After retiring from professional play, he wanted to give back to the sport that shaped his life.
